Hello again, im pitiful only i told you that i already tried that? If i didnt effort everything i wouldnt've come here asking for help, and this is what it tells me. The only way to activate it is past going into BIOS i assume and trying to enable Virtulization, which when i try and alter the option from Disabled to Enabled information technology doesn't let me press "Enter" or "Space" to then choose if i want to enable, the options wont highlight themselves so i can modify them....therefore im stuck pressing enter and space inside the menu without anything happening.

Yous should cheque for Intel VTX and VTD.

Can you check in 'msinfo' what it says for Hyper-Five (in the very bottom) and tell me?

Allow's hope nosotros can do this!

Miguel Ángel :)

Hello Gangito!

It doesn't go highlighted, and that ways there is a BIOS supervisor password set that won't allow you change the settings unless y'all know that password.

Does information technology say there is a supervisor password in the Security tab?

Hello Gangito!

Unfortunately, BIOS modification is blocked with a supervision password. The supervisor password is commonly not set by default, take you always established one?

The only solution that Lenovo gives to this, if yous don't know the Supervisor Password, is taking your computer to Lenovo Service Provider to get the board changed (oof...).

See article: https://back up.lenovo.com/united states/en/solutions/ht03...

Probably yous can effort to contact them equally a terminal case :(
